Can I edit and add more information to a client’s profile?

Client Profile

Yes, you can update and add additional information to a client’s profile at any time.


To edit a client profile:

  • Go to Clients

  • Select the client’s name

  • Click the menu (⋯) and select Edit


What you can update

You can edit and add details such as:

  • Name, Date of Birth, Email, Phone number

  • Gender and Language

  • Insurance information (e.g., company name, number, dependent code)

  • ICD-10 codes


Linked contacts

  • Add, edit, or remove linked contacts

  • Enable contacts to receive email notifications


Custom fields

  • Add custom fields to store additional client information

  • Choose whether the field:

    • Displays on invoices/receipts

    • Is for internal use only (not visible on invoices/receipts)


Save your changes

  • Click Save Details to apply updates
