Yes, you can update and add additional information to a client’s profile at any time.
To edit a client profile:
Go to Clients
Select the client’s name
Click the menu (⋯) and select Edit
What you can update
You can edit and add details such as:
Name, Date of Birth, Email, Phone number
Gender and Language
Insurance information (e.g., company name, number, dependent code)
ICD-10 codes
Linked contacts
Add, edit, or remove linked contacts
Enable contacts to receive email notifications
Custom fields
Add custom fields to store additional client information
Choose whether the field:
Displays on invoices/receipts
Is for internal use only (not visible on invoices/receipts)
Save your changes
Click Save Details to apply updates
