How do I schedule an appointment in the client profile?

You can schedule an appointment for an existing client directly from their profile.


To schedule an appointment:

  • Go to Clients

  • Select the client’s name

  • Click Schedule Appointment (top right)


What happens next

  • You will be taken to the Calendar

  • The Client Appointment flow will open


Complete the appointment details

  • Select a service

  • Choose a date and time

    • The calendar will automatically move to the selected date and time

    • You can drag or adjust the scheduling window if needed

    • You can also change the date and time to another available slot


Additional options

  • Create recurring appointments if needed


Confirm the appointment

  • Click Confirm Appointment


After confirming

  • The appointment will be added to the Calendar

  • A booking confirmation email will be sent to the client

  • The appointment will appear in the appropriate areas of the platform

  • You will be returned to the client’s profile


Next steps

  • You will have the option to schedule another appointment for the client or close the scheduling window
