You can schedule an appointment for an existing client directly from their profile.
To schedule an appointment:
What happens next
You will be taken to the Calendar
The Client Appointment flow will open
Complete the appointment details
Select a service
Choose a date and time
The calendar will automatically move to the selected date and time
You can drag or adjust the scheduling window if needed
You can also change the date and time to another available slot
Additional options
Create recurring appointments if needed
Confirm the appointment
Click Confirm Appointment
After confirming
The appointment will be added to the Calendar
A booking confirmation email will be sent to the client
The appointment will appear in the appropriate areas of the platform
You will be returned to the client’s profile
Next steps
You will have the option to schedule another appointment for the client or close the scheduling window
