Yes, you can start a virtual appointment directly from a client’s profile.
To access the client’s profile
Enter the client’s name in the search bar and select them from the results (fastest method)
OR
Go to Clients
Click on the client’s name
Locate the appointment
Navigate to the Appointments section within the client profile
Find the upcoming virtual appointment
Start the session
Click Start next to the appointment
This will open the virtual session link
Important
The Start button will only appear for virtual appointments
Your video conferencing configuration must be set up for virtual appointments to have an active link
