Adding a note to a client on Trova is straightforward:

  1. Navigate to the Client’s Profile: Go to the client's profile where you want to add a note.

  2. Click "Create Note": Locate the "Create Note" button at the top of the screen and click it.

  3. Write Your Note: Input the details of your note.

  4. Save for Later (Optional): If needed, save the note in an open state to edit it further before marking it as complete.

  5. Mark as Complete: Once the note is finalized, click the "Mark as Complete" button.

Important Details:

  • Addendums: After marking a note as complete, you can add additional information using the addendum feature.

  • Editing Restrictions: Once a note is marked as complete, it cannot be edited.

  • Visibility: All notes are displayed in both the client profile and the Notes section for easy access.

This ensures efficient management and quick retrieval of client notes whenever needed.
