Where will the fields I add appear on the client’s invoice?

Custom fields added to a client’s profile can be displayed on invoices when the Show on Invoice option is selected.


Where fields appear

  • Fields will display under the client’s name and date of birth on the invoice

  • This is the standard placement for additional client information


Important

  • The field must have Show on Invoice enabled to appear

  • Placement may vary slightly depending on the invoice template

Use invoice fields for important details such as authorization codes or reference numbers that need to be visible to clients or third parties.
