Why can’t I save updated/edited client information?

If the Save Details button is not enabled, it usually means required information is missing or incomplete.


What to check

  • Ensure the country code is selected from the dropdown menu

  • Confirm all required fields are completed


How it works

  • The Save Details button will only become active once all required fields are properly filled out

  • Once enabled, you can click Save Details to apply your updates
