You can locate and update the medical aid company name within a client’s profile.
Important
This feature is specific to South Africa (medical aid billing)
To find and update the medical aid company name:
Go to Clients
Select the client’s name
Click the menu (⋯) and select Edit
Update the field
Locate the Medical Aid Company Name field
Select or update the appropriate company from the dropdown menu
Save your changes
Click Save Details to apply your updates
Tip
Ensure the correct medical aid company is selected to support accurate billing and claims processing.
