How can I deactivate a service on Trova?

You can deactivate a service if you no longer want it to be available for booking.


To deactivate a service:

  • Go to Services

  • Locate the service you want to deactivate

  • Click the three dots (β‹―) on the far right of the service

  • Select Deactivate


What happens when a service is deactivated?

  • The service will no longer be available for booking

  • Clients will not be able to schedule appointments for this service

  • The service will not appear on your Marketplace profile or Practice Booking Page (PRO subscribers)


Note

Deactivated services can be reactivated at any time by editing the service and saving your changes.
