How to add a new service?

Adding a new service

You can create a new service to offer different appointment types and options to your clients.


To add a new service:

  • Go to Services from the left-hand menu

  • Click Add New Service


Select service type

  • Choose Add Individual Service to proceed


Enter service details

Complete the required fields in the following tabs:

  • General

  • Pricing

These fields are required to create a service.


Optional settings

You can also complete the following tabs:

  • Invoice

    • Preloads line items during billing to save time

  • Notifications (PRO subscribers only)

    • Customize emails sent to clients for appointments related to this service


Save your service

  • Click Save once all details have been entered

Your new service will now appear in your Services list.


Tip

Adding detailed information to each service helps streamline scheduling and billing, and improves the booking experience for your clients.
