What is the difference between In-person and Virtual service types?

In-person and Virtual service types refer to how your services are delivered to clients.


In-person services

  • Clients meet with you physically at your office or a specified location

  • Best for services that require face-to-face interaction


Virtual services

  • Services are delivered remotely through a video call

  • Ideal for online consultations, coaching, or remote sessions


Important

If you offer both In-person and Virtual options:

  • You will need to create separate services for each

  • Be sure to select the appropriate location for each service
