You can customize certain parts of the booking confirmation email to provide additional information to your clients.
What can I customize?
In the Appointment Confirmation section of the Notifications tab, you can:
Add a personalized message
Include instructions for the appointment
Attach documents such as forms or information sheets
What cannot be customized?
The following booking details are automatically generated and cannot be changed:
Service name
Date and time
Location
Important
Email customization is available for PRO subscribers only
Tip
Use the confirmation message to share important details ahead of time, such as preparation instructions or what clients can expect.
