What can I customize in the booking confirmation email?

You can customize certain parts of the booking confirmation email to provide additional information to your clients.


What can I customize?

In the Appointment Confirmation section of the Notifications tab, you can:

  • Add a personalized message

  • Include instructions for the appointment

  • Attach documents such as forms or information sheets


What cannot be customized?

The following booking details are automatically generated and cannot be changed:

  • Service name

  • Date and time

  • Location


Important

  • Email customization is available for PRO subscribers only


Tip

Use the confirmation message to share important details ahead of time, such as preparation instructions or what clients can expect.
