You can personalize the Thank you section to include your name, business details, or contact information.
To customize this section:
Go to Services
Locate the service you want to update
Click the three dots (⋯) on the service
Select Edit Service
Go to the Notifications tab
Add your details
In the field under the “Thank you” section, you can include:
How it appears
The text you enter will display under the “Thank you” section in your client’s email

Email customization is available for PRO subscribers only

Including your contact information makes it easier for clients to reach you if they have questions or need to follow up.
