To enable or disable the Reschedule or Cancel buttons in your client emails:
Navigate to the Services section.
Select the service you want to customize.
Click on the menu option (3 dots on the far right of service)
Click the Edit option
Go to the Notifications tab.
Locate the options for Reschedule and Cancel buttons.
Use the toggle switches to turn these buttons on or off based on your preference.
Plan availability
Customizing these toggle settings is available on the Professional (Pro) subscription.
Pro users: Can enable or disable the Reschedule and Cancel buttons using the toggle settings
Basic users: Will see these toggles disabled, as this feature is not included in the Basic plan
By default, for Basic users, the Reschedule and Cancel buttons remain enabled in client emails.
