You can control whether clients are able to reschedule or cancel appointments directly from their emails.
To update these settings:
Go to Services
Locate the service you want to update
Click the three dots (β―) on the service
Select Edit Service
Go to the Notifications tab
Manage reschedule and cancel options
Plan availability
PRO subscribers
Can enable or disable rescheduling and cancellations using the toggle
Basic users
Will see the toggle disabled
Reschedule and cancel buttons remain enabled by default in client emails
