How do I enable or disable the reschedule or cancel buttons in the email?

Email Customization

You can control whether clients are able to reschedule or cancel appointments directly from their emails.


To update these settings:

  • Go to Services

  • Locate the service you want to update

  • Click the three dots (β‹―) on the service

  • Select Edit Service

  • Go to the Notifications tab


Manage reschedule and cancel options

  • Use the toggle to enable or disable rescheduling and cancellations together


Plan availability

  • PRO subscribers

    • Can enable or disable rescheduling and cancellations using the toggle

  • Basic users

    • Will see the toggle disabled

    • Reschedule and cancel buttons remain enabled by default in client emails
