No, clients cannot reply directly to these emails. Emails sent from noreply@trova.health are not monitored or forwarded to users.

If you need clients to send something back, ensure you:

  • Explicitly instruct them to reply to a specific email address you provide.

  • Include your preferred email address in the email content or the "Thank you" section for easy reference.

This ensures clear communication and avoids missed responses from your clients.
