Can I update the email customization information anytime?

Email Customization

Yes, you can update your email customization at any time.


To update email customization:

  • Go to Services

  • Locate the service you want to update

  • Click the three dots (β‹―) on the service

  • Select Edit Service

  • Go to the Notifications tab

  • Make your updates

  • Click Save


What happens after I update it?

  • Your changes will apply to future emails sent to clients

  • Previously sent emails will remain unchanged


Plan availability

  • PRO subscribers

    • Can update and customize email content

  • Basic users

    • Default email messages are sent to clients


Tip

Review and update your email content regularly to ensure it reflects your current services and client instructions.
