What can I do in the Appointments section of the platform?

Understanding the Appointment Section

The Appointments section is your central hub for managing all client appointments.


What you can do


View appointment status

  • Access appointments by status, including:

    • Upcoming

    • Requested

    • Open

    • Missed

    • Canceled

    • Completed

This gives you a full overview of your schedule and appointment history.


Start virtual appointments

  • Launch virtual sessions directly from the Upcoming tab

  • Click Start to begin the appointment


Schedule appointments

  • Click Schedule Appointment (top right)

  • This will open the Client Appointment flow on the Calendar
