How do I view details for an upcoming appointment?

Upcoming Appointments

You can view full details for any upcoming appointment directly from the Upcoming tab in your Appointments section.


To access appointment details:

  • Go to Appointments

  • Click the Upcoming tab

  • Locate the appointment you want to view

  • Click the three dots (⋯) on the far right

  • Select View Details


What you’ll see

Client details

  • Client name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Reason for visit (if provided)


Service details

  • Service name

  • Price

  • Date and time

  • Whether the appointment is recurring

  • Where the appointment was requested from

  • Meeting link (for virtual appointments)

    • You can copy the link to quickly share it with your client if needed


What you can do

Reschedule the appointment

  • The calendar will update automatically

  • The client will receive an updated email


Edit the appointment

  • Update the location (virtual or in-person)

  • Set or update recurring sessions

  • Changes will be sent to the client


Cancel the appointment

  • Add a reason for cancellation

  • The client will be notified by email

  • The appointment will be removed from your calendar

  • It will move to the Canceled tab in Appointments


Tip

Use View Details when you need to confirm appointment information, make updates, or cancel the session.
