You can view full details for any upcoming appointment directly from the Upcoming tab in your Appointments section.
To access appointment details:
Go to Appointments
Click the Upcoming tab
Locate the appointment you want to view
Click the three dots (⋯) on the far right
Select View Details
What you’ll see
Client details
Client name
Email address
Phone number
Reason for visit (if provided)
Service details
Service name
Price
Date and time
Whether the appointment is recurring
Where the appointment was requested from
Meeting link (for virtual appointments)
You can copy the link to quickly share it with your client if needed
What you can do
Reschedule the appointment
The calendar will update automatically
The client will receive an updated email
Edit the appointment
Update the location (virtual or in-person)
Set or update recurring sessions
Changes will be sent to the client
Cancel the appointment
Add a reason for cancellation
The client will be notified by email
The appointment will be removed from your calendar
It will move to the Canceled tab in Appointments
Tip
Use View Details when you need to confirm appointment information, make updates, or cancel the session.
