To view details for an upcoming appointment, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Appointments Section:
Go to the Appointments section on your dashboard.
Select the Upcoming Tab:
Click on the Upcoming tab to see all scheduled future appointments.
Click "View Details":
Locate the appointment you want to view.
Click on the View Details button (three dots) on the far right of the appointment entry.
Review Comprehensive Information:
The appointment details will include:
Client’s Name
Booking Number
Patient Status
Service Details
Client Details
Manage Appointment Status:
Within the details view, you can:
Mark as Complete: Indicate that the session has been successfully completed.
Mark as Missed: Note if the client did not attend the appointment.
This streamlined process allows you to efficiently access and manage all relevant information for your upcoming appointments, ensuring smooth and organized scheduling.
