You can start a video call directly from the Upcoming tab in your Appointments section.
To start a video call:
Go to Appointments
Click the Upcoming tab
Locate the appointment you want to start
Click Start next to the appointment
What happens next
Your video session will open using your selected video integration
You’ll be connected once your client joins the session
Important
The Start button will only appear for virtual appointments
Your video conferencing configuration must be set up for the session to have an active link
Tip
Open the session a few minutes early to make sure everything is working before your client joins.
