You can reschedule upcoming appointments from multiple locations within Trova. Follow these general steps regardless of where you initiate the rescheduling:

  1. Navigate to the Appropriate Section:

    • Upcoming Tab: Go to the Appointments section and select the Upcoming tab.

    • Client Profile: Access the client's profile from the Clients section.

    • Dashboard/Calendar: Open the calendar view from your dashboard.

  2. Locate the Appointment:

    • Find the appointment you wish to reschedule in the selected section.
      ​

  3. Click "Reschedule":

    • Click on the Reschedule button (often represented by three dots or a specific reschedule icon) associated with the appointment.
      ​

  4. Adjust Appointment Details:

    • Modify the service, price, location, date, and time as needed.
      ​

  5. Save Changes:

    • After making the necessary adjustments, click Save to confirm the rescheduling.

By following these steps from any of the available sections, you can efficiently manage and adapt your schedule to accommodate changes seamlessly.
