How do I reschedule an upcoming appointment?

Upcoming Appointments

You can reschedule an upcoming appointment from several places in Trova, including the Upcoming tab, client profile, or your calendar.


Where you can reschedule from

  • Appointments β†’ Upcoming tab

  • Client profile β†’ Appointments tab

  • Calendar from your dashboard


To reschedule an appointment:

  • Locate the appointment you want to update

  • Click the menu (β‹―)

  • Select Reschedule


Choose a new time

  • Select a new date and time

  • Click Save changes


What happens next

  • The appointment will be updated on your Calendar

  • The client will receive an email with the updated details

  • The updated appointment will appear in the Upcoming tab


Tip

  • Use drag and drop for quick changes within the same week

  • Use the Reschedule option for changes beyond the current week
