You can mark a session as missed from the appointment details in the Open tab.
To mark a session as missed:
Go to Appointments
Click the Open tab
Locate the appointment you want to update
Click View Details on the far right
Click Mark Session Missed
What happens next
The appointment will move to the Missed tab
The session will be recorded as missed for your records
Important
The client will not receive any notification or email
The appointment will still be visible in the client’s appointment history
Tip
Use Mark Session Missed to keep your records accurate when a client does not attend a session.
