How do I mark a session as missed for an appointment?

To mark a session as missed for an appointment, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Appointments Section:

    • Go to the Appointments section on your dashboard.
      ​

  2. Select the Open Tab:

    • Click on the Open tab to view all scheduled appointments.
      ​

  3. View Appointment Details:

    • Locate the appointment you want to mark as missed.

    • Click on the View Details option on the far right of the appointment.
      ​

  4. Mark as Missed:

    • Select Mark Session Missed on the bottom right corner.

This action will indicate that the client missed the session and automatically move the appointment to the Missed tab in the Appointments section for record-keeping.

Additional Notes:

  • The client does not receive any notifications or emails when marked as missed.

  • The appointment is still visible in the historical appointment section, in the client profile.
