How do I mark a session as missed for an appointment?

You can mark a session as missed from the appointment details in the Open tab.


To mark a session as missed:

  • Go to Appointments

  • Click the Open tab

  • Locate the appointment you want to update

  • Click View Details on the far right

  • Click Mark Session Missed


What happens next

  • The appointment will move to the Missed tab

  • The session will be recorded as missed for your records


Important

  • The client will not receive any notification or email

  • The appointment will still be visible in the client’s appointment history


Tip

Use Mark Session Missed to keep your records accurate when a client does not attend a session.
