How do I schedule an appointment for a new client in the appointments section?

Scheduling Client Appointments

You can create a new client and schedule their appointment at the same time from the Appointments section.


To schedule an appointment for a new client:

  • Go to Appointments

  • Click Schedule Appointment (top right)

  • Select New Client


Enter client details

Complete the required fields:

  • First and Last Name

  • Date of Birth

  • Email address

  • Country code and mobile number

  • Gender

  • Country


Complete the appointment details

  • Select a service

  • Choose a date and time


Confirm the appointment

  • Click Schedule Appointment to confirm


What happens next

  • The client will be added to your Clients section

  • The appointment will appear on your Calendar and in the Upcoming tab

Adding a client during scheduling saves time and keeps your client list up to date.
