How do I schedule appointments in the Appointments section?

You can schedule appointments for both new and existing clients from the Appointments section.


To schedule an appointment:

  • Go to Appointments

  • Click Schedule Appointment (top right)


What happens next

  • You will be taken to the Calendar

  • The Client Appointment flow will open


Select a client

  • Choose Existing Client

    • Search for the client by typing their name

    • Select them from the list

OR

  • Choose New Client

    • Enter the required client details


Complete the appointment details

  • Select a service

  • Choose a date and time

    • The calendar will automatically move to the selected date and time

    • You can adjust the scheduling window or select a different time if needed


Confirm the appointment

  • Click Confirm Appointment


After confirming

  • The appointment will be added to the Calendar

  • A booking confirmation email will be sent to the client

  • The appointment will appear in the appropriate sections of the platform


Tip

Use the search option when selecting an existing client to quickly find them, especially if you have a large client list.
