You can schedule appointments for both new and existing clients from the Appointments section.
To schedule an appointment:
Go to Appointments
Click Schedule Appointment (top right)
What happens next
You will be taken to the Calendar
The Client Appointment flow will open
Select a client
Choose Existing Client
Search for the client by typing their name
Select them from the list
OR
Choose New Client
Enter the required client details
Complete the appointment details
Select a service
Choose a date and time
The calendar will automatically move to the selected date and time
You can adjust the scheduling window or select a different time if needed
Confirm the appointment
Click Confirm Appointment
After confirming
The appointment will be added to the Calendar
A booking confirmation email will be sent to the client
The appointment will appear in the appropriate sections of the platform
Tip
Use the search option when selecting an existing client to quickly find them, especially if you have a large client list.
