  • First and Last Name: Enter the client's full name.

  • Date of Birth: Provide the client's date of birth.

  • Email Address: Input the client's email address for communication purposes.

  • Country Code and Phone Number:

    • Country Code: Select the appropriate country code from the drop-down menu.

    • Phone Number: Enter the client's phone number.

    • Note: Ensure you select the country code from the drop-down menu, as the system does not recognize manually typed codes.

  • Gender: Choose the client's gender from the available options.

  • Country: Select the client's country of residence from the drop-down menu.

By providing this information, you ensure that the client's profile is complete and that all necessary details are accurately recorded for effective communication and appointment management.
