How do I choose a date and time for the appointment when scheduling via the “Schedule an Appointment” button

  1. Select a Client and Service:

    • Click the “Schedule an Appointment” button.

    • Choose the client and the service you wish to schedule.

  2. Select Date and Time:

    • Click on the date and time field to open the calendar.

    • Available times for the selected service will display.

    • Choose the desired time and click to confirm.

  3. Finalize Appointment:

    • You will be brought back to the schedule appointment screen to finalize and schedule the appointment.

How do I choose a date and time for the appointment from the calendar

  1. Select Date and Time:

    • Click on the desired date and time in the calendar.

    • Click “Client Appointment” to proceed.

  2. Choose Client and Service:

    • Select an existing client and the service they require.

    • You can change the time but not the date.

  3. Change Date (if needed):

    • To change the date, click the “X” on the right side of the screen.

    • Select the appropriate date for the appointment.

These steps ensure that you can accurately and efficiently schedule appointments at the desired date and time for your clients.
