How do I choose a date and time when I am scheduling an appointment?

You can select a date and time when scheduling an appointment either from the Schedule button or directly from the calendar.

Option 1: Using the Schedule button

  • Click the Schedule button

  • Select the client and service

Select date and time:

  • Click the date field to open the calendar

  • Choose your desired date

    • Tip: The calendar in the background will update as you select a date. You can move the pop-up window to view it while selecting.

  • Click the time field

  • Select your desired time

  • By default, times are shown in 15-minute increments, but you can adjust the time manually for more flexibility

  • You can select times outside of your working hours or during other calendar events if needed

  • Click Confirm appointment to finalize


Option 2: Clicking directly on the calendar

  • Click on a date and time directly in the calendar

  • Select Client appointment

  • Choose the client and service

Adjust date and time (if needed):

  • To change the date, click the date field and select a new date

    • Tip: The calendar in the background will update as you select a date. You can move the pop-up window to view it while selecting.

  • To change the time, click the time field and select or adjust the time

  • Click Confirm appointment
