When you click to schedule an appointment, the following occurs:
Appointment Confirmation and Visibility:
Trova Calendar: The appointment will appear in your Trova calendar.
Upcoming Appointments: It will also be listed in the “Upcoming Appointments” section within the appointment section.
Client Profile: Additionally, it will show up in the “Upcoming Appointment” section on the client profile for the client the appointment was booked for.
Billing Section: If it is a paid in advance service, an invoice will also appear in the billing section.
Client Notification:
Booking Email: The client will receive a booking email to the email address on file. This email will include details about the upcoming appointment.
Reminder Emails: The client will also receive a reminder email one day before the appointment and another reminder on the day of the appointment.
Payment for Services Marked as Paid in Advance: When scheduling an appointment for a service that is marked as paid in advance (and you are set up with our payment partner Paystack), a payment link and invoice will be sent to the client email on file to pay prior to the appointment.
These steps ensure that both you and your client are well-informed and reminded about the scheduled appointment.
