How do I book an appointment for someone else, as a client?

Scheduling Client Appointments

You can book an appointment for someone else through the Trova Marketplace or, if provided, a direct booking link from a provider.


Option 1: Book through the Trova Marketplace

  • Go to the Trova Marketplace

  • Search for a provider based on your needs

  • Select the provider you want to book with

  • Click Request Appointment


Option 2: Book through a provider link

  • Access the provider’s booking page (via a link shared by the provider)

  • Click Request Appointment


Complete your booking

For both options:

  • Select a service

  • Choose a date and time

  • Select Booking for Someone Else


Enter details

  • First screen: Enter your details (the person making the booking)

  • Second screen: Enter the client’s details (the person attending the appointment)


Submit your request

  • Submit the booking request once all details are entered


What happens next

  • You will see a confirmation screen indicating your request has been sent

  • Once the provider approves the request, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during booking


Important

  • Not all providers offer direct booking pages

  • If you do not have a provider link, you can always book through the Marketplace


Tip

Make sure both your details and the client’s details are entered correctly to avoid delays in booking confirmation.
