Can I schedule appointments that already took place for invoicing purposes?

Scheduling Client Appointments

No, you cannot schedule appointments for past dates.

However, you can create a Stand-alone invoice for services that have already taken place.


To create a Stand-alone invoice:

  • Go to Billing

  • Click Stand-alone

  • Select the client


Add invoice details

  • Add line items for the service

    • Enter date, description, and price

    • Only date and amount are required

  • Add a discount if needed


Appointment date

  • The appointment date shown on the invoice is based on the date entered in the first line item


Payment option

  • Select Manage Payment

    • Used for payments made outside of the platform (e.g., cash, bank transfer, card machine)


Finalize the invoice

  • Save and Review

    • Saves the invoice as a draft

  • Request Payment

    • Sends the invoice to the client

    • Status will be Sent

  • Send Receipt

    • Marks the invoice as Paid

    • Sends a receipt to the client

  • Generate Invoice

    • Keeps the invoice as a Draft

    • No email is sent


Important

  • Stand-alone invoices are not linked to an appointment

  • Payments are completed outside of the platform


Tip

Use Stand-alone invoices to bill for past services or sessions that were not scheduled through the platform.
