How do I change the location of an already scheduled appointment?

Scheduling Client Appointments

You can update the location of an appointment from the appointment details.


To change the location:

  • Go to Appointments or your Calendar

  • Locate the appointment you want to update

  • Click the three dots (β‹―)

  • Select View Details


Edit the appointment

  • Click Edit

  • Update the location (virtual or in-person)

  • Click Save changes


What happens next

  • The appointment will be updated on your Calendar

  • The client will receive an updated booking email with the new location details

Use this option if you need to switch between virtual and in-person or update location details for an upcoming session.
