You can update the location of an appointment from the appointment details.
To change the location:
Go to Appointments or your Calendar
Locate the appointment you want to update
Click the three dots (β―)
Select View Details
Edit the appointment
Click Edit
Update the location (virtual or in-person)
Click Save changes
What happens next
The appointment will be updated on your Calendar
The client will receive an updated booking email with the new location details
