Yes, you can update several details of an existing appointment, depending on whether you use Edit or Reschedule.
To update an appointment:
Go to Appointments, your Calendar, or the Client profile
Locate the appointment you want to update
Click the three dots (β―)
Select View Details
Option 1: Edit (limited updates)
Click Edit to update:
Location (virtual or in-person)
Recurring appointments
Manage recurring appointments
If the appointment is part of a recurring series:
Click the pencil icon (βοΈ) inside the recurring section
Add, edit, or remove recurring appointments
Option 2: Reschedule (full updates)
Click Reschedule to update:
Date and time
Service
Price
Location (virtual or in-person)
Recurring appointments
What happens next
The appointment will be updated on your Calendar
The client will receive an updated booking email with the new details

Use Edit for quick updates to location or recurring settings
Use Reschedule when you need to change the date, time, or other appointment details
