Can I change other details of an already booked appointment besides the location?

Scheduling Client Appointments

Yes, you can update several details of an existing appointment, depending on whether you use Edit or Reschedule.


To update an appointment:

  • Go to Appointments, your Calendar, or the Client profile

  • Locate the appointment you want to update

  • Click the three dots (β‹―)

  • Select View Details


Option 1: Edit (limited updates)

  • Click Edit to update:

    • Location (virtual or in-person)

    • Recurring appointments


Manage recurring appointments

  • If the appointment is part of a recurring series:

    • Click the pencil icon (✏️) inside the recurring section

    • Add, edit, or remove recurring appointments


Option 2: Reschedule (full updates)

  • Click Reschedule to update:

    • Date and time

    • Service

    • Price

    • Location (virtual or in-person)

    • Recurring appointments


What happens next

  • The appointment will be updated on your Calendar

  • The client will receive an updated booking email with the new details


Tip

  • Use Edit for quick updates to location or recurring settings

  • Use Reschedule when you need to change the date, time, or other appointment details
