If you do not see Insurance Payment as an option, it is likely due to your service setup or plan type.
Why this happens
The service is set to Paid in Advance
An invoice and payment link is sent at the time of booking
The client is expected to pay before the session
Because billing is already initiated, Insurance Payment is not available
You are not on a PRO plan (South Africa only)
The Insurance Payment option is only available to PRO users in South Africa
To enable Insurance Payment
You must:
Be on a PRO plan (South Africa only)
Set the service to Paid at Session Completion
How to update the service
Go to Services
Locate the service
Click the three dots (⋯)
Select Edit Service
Navigate to the Payment tab
Select Paid at Session Completion
Click Save changes
What happens next
Future appointments for this service will allow you to select Insurance Payment when marking the session complete
Important
This change applies to future appointments only
Existing appointments will still follow the original payment setup
Tip
Use Paid at Session Completion for services that will be billed to insurance.
