Once an invoice or receipt is marked as Paid, it has been finalized.
Why this happens
Paid status means the billing process is complete
The invoice or receipt is no longer in a draft or editable state
The Save & Review option is only available for invoices that are still in Draft
What this means
You cannot use Save & Review on invoices or receipts marked as Paid
Any updates must be handled outside of the original finalized document

Save & Review is only used before sending or finalizing billing
