To connect Google Meet for your virtual appointments:
Navigate to Configuration in your profile settings.
Scroll down to the Google Meet icon and click the Connect button.
Click the Connect to Google Meet button.
You will be redirected to a page to connect your Google account. It’s recommended to use the account you actively sign into so you won’t need to switch users when making video calls.
Allow Trova to access your Google account.
Once connected, you will see a pop-up that says, I am done. Click that button, and you will see that Google Meet is now connected.
Please note: You may receive a security alert email from Google notifying you of a new sign-in to your account. This is because you’ve allowed Trova access to use the account for your virtual meetings.
