Viewing Client Payments in Trova
For Non-Integrated Payments:
Manual Update Required: For payments made via methods not integrated with Trova (like cash or direct bank transfers), you must manually mark the invoice as paid after confirming the payment.
Viewing Payment Status:
Invoice Tab in Billing: Once marked as paid, the status of the invoice will update to "Paid" in the billing section under the invoice tab.
Client Profile: The payment status update is also reflected in the client’s profile, where all financial interactions with the client are tracked.
For Payments Made via Payment Processor (e.g., Paystack):
Billing Section: Payments processed through Paystack are recorded under the "Payments" tab in the billing section. Here, you can view the details and status of each transaction.
This process ensures you have a comprehensive view of all payments, regardless of the payment method used.
