Where do I update the procedure codes for each service?

You can update procedure codes within each service in the Services section.


To update procedure codes:

  • Go to Services

  • Locate the service you want to update

  • Click the three dots (β‹―) on the service

  • Select Edit Service

  • Go to the Invoice tab


Add or update procedure codes

  • Select the appropriate procedure code from the dropdown for each service


Important

  • For South Africa users, selecting a procedure code from the dropdown ensures that medical aid (insurance) rates are correctly applied

  • This helps ensure accurate billing and claims processing

  • The procedure code dropdown feature is currently only available in South Africa


Tip

Always select procedure codes from the dropdown when available to ensure accuracy and consistency in billing.
