The edit button in billing is available when an invoice is in Sent or Draft status. Here’s how to use it:
Access the Edit Button:
Click on an invoice that is in Sent or Draft status.
Click the edit button.
Edit Invoice Details:
Add, edit, or remove invoice line items as needed.
Insurance Invoices:
For invoices in Draft or Sent status, click “Generate Invoice” to save the edited invoice.
Online Payment Invoices:
For invoices in Sent status, click “Request Payment” to save the edited invoice.
This action will send out a new payment link and invoice reflecting the changes made.
Please note: The edit button is not available for invoices in Paid status as the invoice has already been paid.
