No, once an invoice is marked as Paid, it cannot be edited because it reflects a completed transaction. However, if you need to adjust the details on a Paid invoice, you can follow these steps to manage the situation:

  • Create a New Invoice: Generate a new invoice with the correct details. This can be done by going to the billing section and selecting "Create New Invoice."

  • Delete the Previous Invoice: If necessary, you can delete the previously paid invoice. Please be aware that deleting an invoice permanently removes it from the platform, so ensure that you have all necessary information saved or noted elsewhere before deletion.

  • Mark the New Invoice as Paid: Once the new invoice is created, you can mark it as paid to reflect the updated transaction details.

Please Note: It’s important to communicate any invoice adjustments or deletions to your client to maintain transparency and ensure their records are also updated.
