Yes, you can create a new invoice that is not associated with a past appointment by following these steps:
Navigate to Billing: Click on the “New” button.
Select the Payment Type:
Online Payment: Sends a payment link and invoice directly to your client with multiple payment options.
Other Payment Types: Includes payments like cash, credit card machine transactions, or other payments made outside of the Trova platform.
Insurance Payment: Choose this option when submitting a claim on behalf of the client directly to the insurance company for reimbursement.
Choose the Date of Service: After selecting the payment type, you’ll be able to choose the date of service and add the necessary line items.
Finalize the Invoice:
Follow the “Mark Session Complete” flow to send, save and review/generate an invoice, or mark it as paid for the client to receive a receipt.
