Refunded amounts can be tracked and reviewed through several locations within the Trova platform:
Billing Section:
Navigate to the refund tab within the billing section to see a list of all refunded transactions.
Invoice Actions:
For details on individual refunds, click on the menu option next to the relevant invoice and select "View Details." This will show you the refund amount along with other transaction details.
Client Profile:
Refund information is also accessible in the client's profile under the invoice section. This allows you to see refunds related to specific clients.
Note: Only payments processed through our integrated payment processor can be refunded directly through our system. Manual refunds must be tracked separately.
By checking these areas, you can efficiently monitor and manage refunds within your Trova account.
