After making a successful payment with Paystack, the client receives the following confirmations:
Payment Screen Confirmation: Immediately after the payment, a confirmation message appears on the Paystack payment screen, indicating that the payment was successful.
Email Confirmation from Paystack: Paystack sends an email to the client confirming the payment and providing details such as the amount paid, the transaction date, and a transaction reference number.
Receipt from Trova: In addition to Paystack's email, Trova automatically sends a receipt to the client’s email on file. This receipt includes details about the service provided, the total amount paid, and confirms the completion of the transaction.
These confirmations ensure that the client has comprehensive proof of payment and all transaction details for their records.
