Understanding the Notes Section

Updated this week

In the Notes section, the following details are clearly visible for each client note:

  • Client’s Name: The name of the client to whom the note pertains.

  • Note Status: Indicates whether a note is open (still editable and can have additional information added) or closed (completed and no longer editable directly, though addendums can still be added).

Menu Options:

  • View Details: Allows you to open and review the full content of the note.

  • Add Addendum: This option is available for closed notes, enabling you to append additional information without altering the original note.

  • Mark Note Complete: This finalizes the note, shifting its status from open to closed, securing its contents from further edits except via addendum.

These elements make the Notes section a dynamic tool for managing detailed records of client interactions, ensuring that all pertinent information is organized and accessible.
