What does the status in notes mean?

Understanding the Notes Section

Updated this week

The status of notes in the platform represents the current state of the note with regard to editing and completion:

  • Open Status: Indicates that the note is not yet finalized and can still be edited. This status is typically marked as "Save for Later," allowing you to return and make changes or additions as needed.

  • Completed Status: Means that the note has been finalized and is marked as complete. In this state, the original content of the note cannot be edited. However, if additional information needs to be recorded, you can append this by adding an addendum to the completed note.

These statuses help in managing client information efficiently, ensuring that notes are kept up-to-date and reflect the most current interactions or treatments.
