Creating a new note for a client in Trova is a straightforward process that can be done from either the Notes section or directly from the client’s profile. Follow these steps to create a note:
Navigate to the Notes Section:
Go to the Notes section of the dashboard.
Click on the 'Create Note' button located at the top right side of the dashboard.
Select a Client:
Start typing at least two letters of the client’s name.
The system will auto-populate results. Select the desired client from these results.
Compose the Note:
Once the client is selected, the note form will open.
Write your note.
Save Options:
If your note is complete, click 'Mark Note Complete'. This finalizes the note, preventing further edits.
If you wish to return to this note later, click 'Save for Later'. This option allows you to edit the note until it is marked as closed.
Accessing Notes:
Completed and ongoing notes can be accessed either in the Notes section or under the Notes tab within the client’s profile.
This method ensures that you efficiently document important information while providing flexibility depending on whether the note is finalized or needs further additions.
