Access the Client's Profile:
Navigate to the client's profile where you want to add a note.
Initiate the Note Creation:
Click on the 'Create Note' button, located at the top of the client profile page.
Compose Your Note:
Enter the details you wish to document in the note.
Save Options:
Click 'Save for Later' if you might return to add more information later. This keeps the note in an open state.
Select 'Mark Note Complete' when you are finished with the note. This finalizes the note and prevents further edits.
Adding More Information:
If you need to add additional details after marking a note as complete, you can append an addendum. This allows you to supplement the note without altering the original content.
Viewing Notes:
All notes are displayed within the client's profile under the Notes tab, ensuring they are easily accessible for future reference.
