Saving a Note to a Client’s Record:

  • Location: Navigate to the client’s profile or the Notes section within the platform where you are creating or editing the note.

  • Action Options:

    • Save for Later: If your note is in progress and you're not ready to finalize it, click 'Save for Later.' This option keeps the note in an 'Open' status, allowing you to return and make further edits.

    • Mark Note Complete: Use this option when you have finished writing the note and are ready to finalize it. This action changes the status to 'Completed,' which prevents further edits to the main content of the note but allows additions through addendums.

  • Storage: Once saved, the note is stored both in the client’s individual record under the Notes tab and in the general Notes section for easy access.

  • Visibility and Access: Saved notes are readily accessible for future reference, providing a historical record of client interactions and important information.

These steps ensure that your notes are accurately saved and integrated into the client’s records, enhancing the continuity and efficiency of client management.
