Notes can contain up to 25,000 characters.
Character limits
When creating a note:
Note title: Up to 50 characters
Note content: Up to 25,000 characters
What happens if I exceed the limit?
If your note exceeds 25,000 characters, you will need to shorten the content before you can save or complete the note.
If additional information is needed after your note is complete, you can create an addendum.
Tip
Keep the original note focused on the client interaction or session. If additional information becomes available later, add it as an addendum rather than extending the original note.
