Yes, you can change the card on file for your subscription. To do this, follow these steps:
Navigate to Profile:
Click on your image (or icon) in the top right corner.
Select Subscription Details from the dropdown menu.
Change Card:
In the Subscription Details section, look for the edit option (pencil icon)
Update your card details.
Make sure to click the Save button to update the card on file.
