How do I set buffer time between services?

You can set buffer time within each service to create a gap between appointments.


To set buffer time:

  • Go to Services

  • Locate the service you want to update

  • Click the three dots (β‹―) on the service

  • Select Edit Service

  • Go to the General tab


Set your buffer time

  • Choose a buffer time between 0–30 minutes

  • Buffer time are listed in 5-minute increments


How it works

  • The selected buffer time is added after each appointment

  • That time is blocked off so other clients cannot book during that window


Important

  • Buffer time applies to client bookings only

  • As a provider, you can still book appointments at any time on your calendar


Tip

Use buffer time to avoid back-to-back bookings and give yourself time between sessions.
