Where is the payment date information recorded?

Once an invoice has been marked as Paid, the payment date is saved as part of the invoice record.

The payment date is available in the following locations:

Go to Billing to view the invoice and its payment information, including the payment date and invoice status.

The payment date is also recorded in the client's profile, along with the invoice and payment history for that client.

Recording the correct payment date helps ensure your billing records accurately reflect when payment was received.

South Africa only: For Online Payment invoices processed through Trova's integrated payment partner (Paystack), the payment date is recorded automatically when the payment is successfully processed.
