How do I view and process appointment requests as a provider?

When a client submits an appointment request, you can review and act on it directly from your Requests tab:

  • Open Requests:
    Go to the Requests tab under Appointments to see all pending requests.

  • View Details:
    Click the three-dot menu on any request and select View Details to see the client’s name, email, phone, and their “Reason for Visit” if provided.

  • Accept (✅):
    Edit service, price, or location (In-person/Virtual) if needed, then confirm. A booking email with full details is sent to the client, and the appointment remains on your calendar.

  • Decline (❌):
    Choose a predefined reason or select Other for a custom note (custom notes aren’t shared). The request is removed from your calendar, and the client receives a decline email with the selected reason.
